This pitbike probably cost twice as much as your full size bike…. and faster than your Harley ;)

Alongside the red A on his helmet, the black leathers with a white skeleton print became a trademark for the American legend, breeding folklore that the wild child of flattrack racing was threatened by the AMA to stop wearing the gothic garb.
Alpinestar recently came out with their “Human Anatomy” or “Organ Donor” that was inspired by David Aldana’s leathers.

Coolest Monkey I have seen.  I wish I had a black and yellow Z1 that looked like this.

40th Anniversary Kawasaki Z1 Watch

Santa, I would like one of these for Christmas.  Kawasaki is producing a few limited edition products for the Z1 900’s 40th anniversary.  This watch has the root beer and orange paint scheme that the 1972/73 Z1 came with.  They are also making 1/6th scale models of the Z1 that are super detailed.  Available only through Kawasaki dealers, these would be great collector items!

A beautiful Z1 Kawasaki 900 I got to see today at Sanctuary in Tokyo Japan. More pictures of their beautiful bikes soon. #motorcycle #kawasaki #sanctuary #tokyo #japan #900 #900cc #Z1 #motoart #restomod (Taken with Instagram)

Found this a while back and when I just looked closer… it appears to have a turboed 83-84 GPZ1100 motor in it!  So I think it is a 74 Kawasaki Z1 900, 83-84 GPZ motor, custom turbo kit, ZRX1100 swingarm, unknown front end and wheels.  I like the shortened tail and seat too. All around great looking bike that probably handles really well and pulls hard too.

Kawasaki Z1… or is it a ZRX?

I would like to put a new 14 motor in a vintage frame.
